Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options for domestic and international orders:

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Orders must be placed before 12 PM GMT)
International shipping times vary by destination and may take 7-21 working days.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free standard shipping is available for orders over \£100 within the UK
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping & Customs
DB Locks ships internationally, but customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid upon arrival.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
DB Locks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, reach out to our customer support team at daniel_baxter@sky.com.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping with DB Locks. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our return and exchange policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the following conditions:

The original item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received, the replacement will be shipped within 3-5 working days.
